www.excel-mobiles.co.uk is owned and managed by Darren Gale, and part of The Excel Group. Excel Group is a sole trader company.

The following are the Terms and Conditions of orders placed with Excel Mobiles

On ordering from Excel Mobiles you confirm your agreement to these Terms and Conditions.

All images on this site are reproduced with a view to portraying our products as accurately as possible. Please be aware that designs may vary slightly, from those shown, due to normal design and production fluctuations.

Accepted Methods of Payment

There is only one method of payment for goods ordered:-

1. Online Payment

For details of security, please see our security & privacy statements below. Payments can be made using any of the following methods online:-

  • Visa
  • Delta
  • Visa Electron
  • Solo
  • Mastercard
  • Maestro
  • Nochex

Please note we do not accept orders using the postal service outside the UK, and all card payments are taken via nochex.

Delivery

Goods will be dispatched on receipt of cleared payment.

Delivery charges are quoted when placing an order. Our standard rates are:

UK - £5 per handset

Unlock by Post services are available to UK addresses/residents only. Unlock by code services are available to all.

Standard UK delivery is arranged through Royal Mail Special Delivery. A signature will be required on receipt of goods. If a delivery is unsuccessful, then a card is left to arrange collection or redelivery. Delivery can be as fast as the next working day, but please allow 5 working days.

Code orders are delivered through e-mail. You will be requested for a deposit payment of £3 which will be refunded once code is confirmed delivered by yourself. Codes are 100% correct to the IMEI supplied to us. We will not refund for code service. If there is a problem with the code either you have supplied us an incorrect IMEI number, or someone has tried entering a code 3 times. If there is a problem, we will ask for the handset to be sent at your cost.

Security

Orders placed online can be placed on our order form. 

Payments placed online will be placed on Paypal Services Secure Server. On this form, all credit / debit card details are transmitted using SSL, the universally recognized security system for transmitting encrypted information over the Internet. Submitted details are processed directly by Nochex Services. The Excel Group never actually see your credit / debit card details.

Please note that Internet host IP addresses are recorded for security reasons when placing an order online.

Cancellation

You can cancel an order by e-mail before sending your handset to us. Once the handset has been received by us, the order may not be cancelled. Unlocking codes can not be cancelled once ordered.  Our terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

Fraud

The Excel Group will not tolerate any attempts to obtain goods by fraudulent means. Any fraudulent action will be reported to the relevant authorities.

Please be aware that using unofficial products with your mobile phone may invalidate your phone's manufacturer's Warranty. The Excel Group is not responsible for any damage caused to your phone.

Barred phones: Excel Mobiles do not unbar phones that are reported lost/stolen.  All unlocking services unlock the phones, but if the phone is barred you need to contact your operator to find out why, as this is can only be rectified by your service provider.  We do not refund if your phone is found to be barred after being unlocked. Any work carried out by third party service software is done at your own risk. The Excel Group is in no way responsible for damage caused by using third party software solutions, including by our unlocking services.
