We appear to be having serveral complaints of customers apparently being billed for an unlocking service that they have received from unlock data and unlock solutions, after our information is being given out to the customer. We do not affiliate with this company at all, and will not accept any responsibilty to the unlock data or unlock solutions web-site. We will inform that customers using the site, are not reading the terms and conditions of the website, and are therefore being charged for information to businesses that are able to unlock their handsets.

The terms tell you that they are able to unlock a list of phones (Unlock Code Service), at the bottom of the page. They also have what they call an Unlocking Information Service which states if you enter a model that they can not unlock, you will be charged £4.99 for the information of various unlocking companies that may be able to unlock the handset (Third party charges may apply).

We apologise that unfortunately there are companies out there like this, but we will offer any customers that have used unlock data and solutions, a better service, that will work by either code or postal service.
