This website is owned and managed by Darren Gale, and part of The Excel Group. Excel Group is a sole trader company.

The following are the Terms and Conditions of orders placed with Excel Group

On ordering from Excel Group you confirm your agreement to these Terms and Conditions.

All images on this site are reproduced with a view to portraying our products as accurately as possible. Please be aware that designs may vary slightly, from those shown, due to normal design and production fluctuations.


Accepted Methods of Payment

There is only one method of payment for goods ordered:-

  • Maestro
  • Nochex

Please note we do not accept orders using the postal service outside the UK, and all card payments using this web-site are taken via Nochex. Please note Excel Group web-site payments will show on your bank statement as “Nochex”.



Goods will be dispatched on receipt of cleared payment.

Delivery charges are quoted when placing an order.

Unlock by Post services are available to UK addresses/residents only. Unlock by code services are available to all.

Standard UK delivery is arranged through Royal Mail Special Delivery. A signature will be required on receipt of goods. If a delivery is unsuccessful, then a card is left to arrange collection or redelivery. Delivery can be as fast as the next working day, but please allow 5 working days.

Code orders are delivered through e-mail. Codes are 100% correct to the IMEI supplied to us. We will not refund for code service. If there is a problem with the code either you have supplied us an incorrect IMEI number, or someone has tried entering a code too many times. If there is a problem, we will ask for the handset to be sent at your cost. Codes are offered to our customers as a virtual service. Delivery times shown on web-site are estimates only, therefore once order is processed onto servers, we are unable to cancel even after estimated time.


Orders placed online can be placed on our online shopping cart system. 

Payments placed online will be placed on Nochex Services Secure Server. On this form, all credit / debit card details are transmitted using SSL, the universally recognized security system for transmitting encrypted information over the Internet. Submitted details are processed directly by Nochex Services. The Excel Group never actually see your credit / debit card details.

Please note that Internet host IP addresses are recorded for security reasons when placing an order online.


You can cancel an order by e-mail before sending your handset to us. Once the handset has been received by us, the order may not be cancelled. Unlocking codes cannot be cancelled once ordered and processed, this includes if order has passed estimated delivery time. Our terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.


The Excel Group will not tolerate any attempts to obtain goods by fraudulent means. Any fraudulent action will be reported to the relevant authorities.

Please note that Internet host IP addresses are recorded when placing an order online.



Please be aware that using unofficial products with your mobile phone may invalidate your phone's manufacturer's Warranty. The Excel Group is not responsible for any damage caused to your phone.

Barred phones: Excel Group do not unbar phones that are reported lost/stolen.  All unlocking services unlock the phones, but if the phone is barred you need to contact your operator to find out why, as this is can only be rectified by your service provider.  We will not refund if your phone is found to be barred after being unlocked. Any iPhones submitted to us for unlocking that are barred will not be refunded whether we can unlock it or not. For full details on barred phones here. Any work carried out by third party service software is done at your own risk. The Excel Group is in no way responsible for damage caused by using third party software solutions, including by our unlocking services. Excel Group is not held responsible for any data lost or any damage to handsets using any of our unlocking services.
